Education: • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Experience: • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with customers • 1 to 3 years in a call center environment (Preferred) • 6 months sales experience (face-to-face, phone) • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred) Responsibilities: • Successfully assist callers with general service questions, billing, monitoring, and specialty queues • Build rapport with customers and cross-sell additional products and services to achieve goals • Possess a pleasant phone presence and adapt quickly to systems, platforms, and technology • Be an expert in the client’s brand, products, and services to answer customer questions • Attract and retain customers by suggesting information on other products and services to meet their needs • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Innovative team player with cooperative mindset • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and provide timelines • Goal-oriented with accountability for delivering results • Passion for execution and success Requirements: • Ability to adapt quickly to systems, platforms, and technology • Pleasant phone presence • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills • Customer service-oriented mindset • Hardwired internet 100 mbps download and upload speeds Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Application Question(s): • Do you have hardwired internet? • Does your internet meet the speed requirement of 100 mbps download and 100 mbps upload?
