7+ years of related work experienceStrong background with data aspects such as modeling, designing, and business value alignmentExperience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BIExperience with managing on-prem, cloud, and hybrid-based solutionsExperience forecasting, hiring, and managing cost-effective resources in support of key efforts as well as daily operations throughout the year - this includes not only company but contract and peak staff as wellExperience managing lifecycle, capacity planning, and security practices in order to ensure the highest level of availability and protection is maintained across all supported componentsExperience driving quality through process improvement and standardization in order to produce a best-in-class operational environment2+ years of Supervisor / Management experience preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceResponsibilities:Provides leadership, influence, vision, and direction to the organization to contribute to achieving the company's goalsWorks with IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in alignment with business strategyOversees value stream by focusing on cost and risks of technology portfolio to meet business needsSupports and fosters innovative technologies to deliver new ideas that enable business transformationEnsures high levels of ongoing system and application performance in production environmentsOversees the development of processes and tools to automate code releases from development to operations (DevOps)Attracts, develops, and retains a high-performing and diverse teamEstablishes and drives technology roadmaps that align with current and future business needsManages third party technical and outsourcing relationships to deliver project and operational support objectivesEnsures technology processes are conducted in line with applicable standards and company policiesPerforms other job-related duties as assigned
