Job role : D365 F&O Implementation PM Duration : 3 months Location : Bellevue, WA Hybrid Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Implementation Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of the ERP solution. Key Responsibilities: • Lead full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams. • Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, supply chain, IT, operations, and third-party vendors. • Facilitate business process mapping and fit-gap analysis. • Oversee data migration, system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities. • Ensure quality standards and compliance with change management processes. • Provide regular project updates to executive sponsors and steering committees. • Resolve project issues and escalate critical concerns appropriately. • Guide and mentor project team members on D365 methodologies and best practices. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations. • Strong understanding of ERP project methodologies (e.g., Sure Step, Agile, or Waterfall). • PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification preferred. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience working with Microsoft implementation partners or SI vendors. • Knowledge of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or retail business processes.
