The Team Supervisor provides engaging and inclusive leadership to maintain an emotionally and physically safe environment for clients and staff. Through observation, evaluation and daily supervision to staff and clients, the Team Supervisor oversees the provision of active treatment and daily activities within the program to enhance treatment engagement and outcomes. Must be 20 years old to apply. Background check and pre-employment drug screen required. Pay Rate: Pay for this position starts at $21.50 and increases based on a combination of education and experience. Schedule: Full time, overnight, weekends. Education: High School diploma is required, Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work/Services, Human Services, Education, Criminal Justice, Criminology or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred. Licensure/Certification: Valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
