TITLE: Senior Business Intel Developer LOCATION: 100% Remote ANTICIPATED DURATION: End of 2025 - Our client is seeking a Senior Business Intel Developer with experience in the Microsoft Fabric technology stack. - Designs, develops, and provides end-user support for implementation and usages via Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure/Synapse. - Evaluates user requests for new or modified programs to determine feasibility, cost, time requirements, and compatibility with existing systems and capabilities. - Creates and documents reusable Business Intelligence objects and templates. - Develops the business semantic layer for end-user. Senior Business Intel Developer Responsibilities: Working experience in: - Information security management Extensive experience in: - Data mining - Query and database access tools - Data warehousing - Application development tools - Logical data modeling - Technical troubleshooting - IT standards, procedures, policy - IT environment - Modeling: data, process, events, objects - Application delivery process Senior Business Intel Developer Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - At least 7 years’ experience within a total information technology (IT) environment. - At least 5 years’ experience with BI applications; decision support systems, query and reporting, online analytical processing, statistical analysis, forecasting, and data mining. - At least 4 years’ experience with tools, facilities and techniques for managing and administering data. Senior Business Intel Developer Preferred Experience: - Power BI - 5 years or more - tSQL Querying - intermediate to advanced - MDX/DAX - intermediate to advanced The hourly pay rate range for this position is $58 to $61.29 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
