The systems you manage will be the foundation our care teams depend on, helping clinicians focus on healing instead of tech support tickets. The Role We’re seeking an IT Systems Administrator who takes pride in building stable, secure systems and delivering smart, scalable technology strategies. You’ll play a key role in our transformation to unify IT infrastructure across subsidiaries, helping us scale securely while keeping systems compliant, efficient, and user-friendly. What You’ll Do • Lead IT initiatives that promote service excellence, continuous improvement, and technical growth. • Design and deploy large-scale IT projects, including new systems, infrastructure, and services. • Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes aligned with business goals and HIPAA compliance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop scalable technology solutions. • Recommend improvements for IT infrastructure, security posture, and operational efficiency. • Manage vendor relationships and develop testing strategies for hardware, software, and integrations. • Lead troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime for clinical and business operations. Experience: • 2–5 years of experience in IT systems administration or related roles. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. Technologies & Skills: • Microsoft Entra ID (Active Directory) management and administration • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) setup and management • SCIM provisioning and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations • Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy deployment • Microsoft Intune policy creation and management • Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect protocols • PAM (Privileged Access Management) experience • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Why You’ll Love Working Here At Unifi Healthcare, your work directly impacts better patient care.
