Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Lead Location: Houston,TX Duration: Full Time Job Description: • 9+ years in Dynamics 365/CRM (CE) using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service (Experience in RSO, Connected field service and CoPilot are a plus) • 5+ years current and deep field service domain experience with implementing large engagements on D365 field service. • 5+ years mix of hands-on experience on business applications implementation, architectural design, and strategic intuition for business. • Guide customer on the best approach for planned enhancements on field service implementation . • * Confirmed experience leading projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes handling multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction. • Hands on experience in writing custom code for D365 using plugins and custom pages, Microsoft Power Automate flows, Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions is required. • Proven ability assessing feasibility of migrating customer solutions and/or integrating with 3rd party systems both Microsoft and non-Microsoft platforms. • Proven experience developing and maintaining technical architectures, documentation, frameworks, and strategies as they relate to Microsoft Dynamics implementations. • Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills. • Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps. • Agile Software Development experience.
