Job Summary: The Systems Administrator will perform duties involved in the routine development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of the operating systems, software, and hardware for Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA) Command Information Office (CIO) and the RDT&E enclave. This position is part of a small team supporting enterprise services, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate support activities effectively. Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise with OS: Server 2019, Windows 10/11 Manage DNS, Active Directory, DHCP, Database support Develop reports to support contract requirements Troubleshoot system and network performance issues Analyze traffic and plan capacity; respond to hardware/software problems Coordinate with vendors for support and escalation during outages Maintain security compliance using STIGs and ACAS, and update SOPs Design and implement new solutions to meet operational needs Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Review and update documentation regularly Support deployment and maintenance of end-user hardware and software Qualifications: 7+ years of system administration experience in a DoD environment Active DoD Secret Security Clearance Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Experience reviewing STIGs Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Project Security+ or 8570 IAT II certification Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, ServiceNow, Tanium, and IA tools like SPLUNK, RedSeal, ACAS #J-18808-Ljbffr DNI (Delaware Nation Industries)
