Job Title: Security Analyst III - Access & Identity Management Location: Remote (Must reside in Wisconsin) Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Security Analyst III to join a dynamic Access and Identity Management (AIM) team focused on provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control best practices across complex technical environments. The analyst will be responsible for managing user access and permissions across multiple domains, including Microsoft Active Directory and Azure, while supporting the agency's operational and compliance needs. Key Responsibilities: • Perform account provisioning and de-provisioning using Microsoft Active Directory and Azure (Entra) tools. • Manage user access lifecycle activities including password resets, group assignments, and license provisioning. • Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management (IAM) issues across various internal and partner-facing systems. • Apply Access Control Management (ACM) best practices to ensure secure and compliant access protocols. • Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and project staff to improve IAM processes and workflows. • Maintain and update documentation for identity and access procedures, workflows, and governance policies. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in Access Control Management and account management processes. • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure (Entra) for account provisioning. • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting IAM-related issues for enterprise software systems. • Experience documenting technical processes and identity workflows. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with change management tools such as Cherwell, ServiceNow, or other CRM/CMDB systems. • Experience with Cayosoft for account provisioning automation. • Experience with Salesforce user and profile management. • Knowledge of Microsoft O365 license provisioning and administration. Additional Information: • Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams and will require video. • This position is 100% remote but is only open to candidates who currently reside in Wisconsin or are willing to relocate prior to starting. • Candidates must be able to provide three references, two of which must be from supervisors.
