About the Job: SysMind Tech is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft IDAM Expert to lead the implementation of a contact sync solution between two Active Directory and Office 365 tenants. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MIM Sync Service, Azure AD, and AD infrastructure design. The selected individual will be responsible for designing and implementing a common global address list (GAL) between the two tenants, enabling B2B access and guest accounts in the future. Additionally, they will provide expert-level guidance to customer consultants on MIM expertise, solution design, configuration, and testing. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement a common global address list (GAL) between the two tenants. • Enable B2B access and guest accounts in the future. • Provide MIM expertise to customer consultants. • Assist with solution design, configuration, and testing. • Perform systems integration and functionality testing. Requirements: The successful candidate should possess excellent knowledge of MIM, Microsoft Identity Manager, AD, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and infrastructure design. Desired skills include system administration, system administration, and system administrator experience. Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
