Senior .Net Developer specializing in Azure Technologies Join an innovative fintech company that offers banking as a service, where you will play a crucial role in leading development efforts and fostering continuous improvement. We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual who thrives in a team environment. In this position, you will enhance operational practices, establish technical standards, and support the growth of delivery teams aligned with company objectives. Your responsibilities will include: • Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize solution design and implementation. • Implementing secure and scalable development methodologies. • Crafting inventive solutions that meet user requirements, performance standards, and security protocols. • Researching and advocating for the adoption of new technologies as necessary. • Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to establish software requirements and standards. • Evaluating application performance to enhance the user experience. • Documenting processes and tracking performance metrics. • Contributing to incident resolution when necessary. The ideal candidate will possess: • Relevant and comparable professional experience. • Advanced technical expertise with the Microsoft stack, particularly Azure and C#. • Robust experience in API development. • A track record of creating scalable and efficient software solutions. • Experience in developing resilient software solutions using event-driven architecture. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be located in the UK as we are unable to provide sponsorship. The salary ranges from £70k to £90k, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
