As a vital member of our Technology Consulting team, you will directly contribute to streamlining operations and delivering impactful solutions to agencies. PCG offers a comprehensive range of technology consulting services designed to help address operational challenges and program needs. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough business analysis for various platforms. • Prepare and deliver written status reports for clients. • Analyze large data sets effectively. • Develop knowledge in enterprise IT system analysis and federal and state funding requirements. • Assist with major project phases or tasks implementation. • Participate in proposal writing and coordination. • Support the preparation of reports and major client deliverables. • Collect and enter project-related data. • Help develop and maintain project budgets and prepare client invoices. • Perform other related duties as needed. Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, research, presentation, and communication skills. • Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving in business and technical contexts. • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change. • Self-starter with a desire for continuous learning and staying informed on industry developments. • Strong analytical skills to review IT systems and analyze relevant policy and legislation. • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Access, PowerPoint, and Excel. • IIBA and/or PMI certifications are a plus. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. • 1-3 years of relevant experience in consulting or IT. Supervisory Responsibility: None Working Conditions: This is a remote position with some travel required for team and client meetings. The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000, with additional benefits including medical and dental care, 401k, PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
