Who You Are The Solutions Architect will be responsible for supporting both presales and post-sales efforts to design and oversee the implementation of data and AI solutions that meet the strategic needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, data architecture, machine learning, and AI technologies, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The Work Lead the design and architecture of data and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Presales, Delivery, etc.) and clients to understand client business needs and translate them into technical solutions and compelling proposals. Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and documentation to guide solution development. Provide technical thought leadership and expert guidance to development and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate and recommend data and AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance solution capabilities, and collaborate with key technology partners to fashion end-to-end solutions. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of data and AI solutions through robust design and implementation strategies. Conduct thorough technical reviews and assessments to ensure the quality and integrity of solutions. Stay at the forefront of the latest trends and advancements in data and AI technologies, continuously enhancing your expertise. Partner with Marketing to create through leadership content including presentations, white papers, collateral, and case studies that showcase our expertise. Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their growth into skilled professionals in data and AI solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in solutions architecture, with a deep focus on data and AI solutions. Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and database design. Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI technologies. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to deliver successful data and AI projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field. Certifications in cloud platforms and/or data and AI technologies. Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and an understanding of data governance and compliance standards. Additional Skills and Capabilities: Strategic Vision and Road Mapping: Ability to develop and articulate a strategic vision for AI initiatives within the organization, including roadmap planning and execution strategies to build and scale the AI practice. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of various industries and how AI can be applied to drive business value. Innovation and R&D: Experience in leading or participating in research and development (R&D) Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects focused on AI. Client Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships at a strategic level, with a focus on long-term partnership building and business development in AI. Ethics and AI Governance: Strong knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and responsible AI practices, with experience in implementing governance frameworks that ensure ethical AI use across projects. Full Stack AI Development: Hands-on experience with the full AI/Client lifecycle, including data collection, model development, deployment, and monitoring. Knowledge of MLOps best practices. Agile Leadership: Experience in leading Agile teams, with the ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies as they apply to AI and data projects. Public Speaking and Evangelism: Strong public speaking skills with experience in presenting at conferences, webinars, and client meetings. Ability to serve as a public face and evangelist for the AI practice. Productization of AI Solutions: Experience in turning AI prototypes into scalable, market-ready products. Ability to balance technical feasibility with business viability. Critical Thinking and Foresight: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges in AI, and proactively address them. What's in it for you?
