Operations & Infrastructure Project Manager Location: Wayne, NJ (Onsite Preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead initiatives across our IT Infrastructure and Operations landscape. This role will manage projects involving network upgrades, server/storage deployments, cloud operations, cybersecurity tools, and IT service continuity — ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, manage, and execute IT infrastructure projects including cloud migrations, data center improvements, endpoint management, and disaster recovery setups. • Collaborate with system engineers, network admins, and security teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and third-party partners. • Maintain detailed project documentation, resource tracking, budget control, and risk assessments. • Drive project governance and ensure alignment with ITIL, change control, and audit protocols. • Provide regular status reports and issue escalation to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications: • 8+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in infrastructure and operations. • Solid understanding of Microsoft infrastructure (AD, O365, Azure), network management, virtualization, and IT security practices. • Proficiency with tools like MS Project, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or Jira. • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred; ITIL or Azure certifications are a plus. • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
