Key Skills: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 SharePoint Online, custom workflow solutions SQL, .Net, C# Data integration, data visualization Business process automation, digital transformation Technical leadership, collaboration, communication Problem-solving, analytical skills, attention to detail What You Will Do: Design and develop custom solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs Develop and maintain technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 Work closely with the development/QA team to ensure high-quality, bug-free development Participate in daily project scrum meetings and provide regular updates on your progress Required Qualifications: Minimum degree required: US equivalent Bachelor's degree (4yr college degree) Experience in designing complex common data models Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Platform technical solutions Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to technical and nontechnical users Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering PL-900 certification Experience with public sector clients preferred Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology Salary Range: $74,000-$124,000 annually
