Our client is a leading independent investment banking advisory firm providing strategic counsel on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising. They are niow looking to hire on a contract basis - An experienced developer to design and deliver cloud solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in Azure services, C#, .NET Core, and data integrations for enterprise systems. Location: • NYC area preferred; on-site as needed Responsibilities: • Architect and build scalable Azure-based solutions • Develop ETL pipelines with Azure Data Factory and integrate systems like Salesforce and Workday • Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables • Stay current on Azure technologies and recommend improvements • Provide technical support and resolve issues Requirements: • Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server • Front-end skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) • Expertise in Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid • Knowledge of secure REST APIs, webhooks, and data integration patterns • 5+ years in software development with an Azure focus • Excellent communication skills
