We are seeking a full-time office manager assistant to start immediately. Lake Shore Boat Top designs and fabricates the highest quality boat canvas, upholstery, seating, drapes, Bimini tops, enclosures, cockpit covers and many other products. We are looking for an individual who has a super positive attitude, who pays attention to details, who has great organizational skills, and has the personal drive and determination to learn quickly and complete tasks on time. You will help manage the day to day operations of the office. You will work with the Office Manager and the owner. You will also provide new and current customers with information about our services and prices. With current clients, you will provide progress updates on their specific project. Daily work: • Working with new and current customers in person and on the phone • In person with new customers, making a great first impression for our company! • On the phone with current customers, answering all questions regarding the detailed progress of their job. • Daily data updates in our customer database including • Invoices • Customer file details • Job tracking • Maintaining clear and updated communication with the office manager and the owner on project updates, scheduling, details of the jobs, and overall status of the jobs • Keeping the front office, which is also the showroom, neat, clean, and stocked with new product information. • Mastering the current or new CRM system, • Ability to write-up sales estimates & invoices (Quoting and Prepping Estimates & Follow up) • Provide constant ideas of efficiencies and improvements within the office and production workflow Experience: • Microsoft Office: 3 years • Administrative experience: 3 years • Office Managers: 3-5 years Compensation and benefits Compensation: $19.00 - $.23 per hour You may be eligible for a quarterly and annual bonus, too!
