We are a top-ranked DFW MSP (named to the Channel Futures MSP 501 list 5 years running) is growing its internal project + escalation team—and looking for a well-rounded Systems Administrator ready to take on more than just day-to-day tickets. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety: you’ll split your time between advanced support escalations and hands-on Microsoft cloud projects. Whether you’re deep in an M365 migration, troubleshooting Azure Entra ID sync issues, or spinning up new virtual servers, this role gives you real ownership over your work. Day to Day • Act as a go-to escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers (no hand-holding here—just real problem-solving) • Deploy Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Servers, and cloud infrastructure for SMB clients • Lead onboarding projects: server builds, email migrations, Azure AD setups • Support and optimize environments with VMware, Hyper-V, and Verge.io • Work cross-functionally to maintain secure, modern environments • Sharpen your Microsoft cloud skills in a hands-on, real-world setting Tech Stack You’ll Touch • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) • Azure / Azure Active Directory • Windows Server (2012–2022), Active Directory • VMware, Hyper-V, Verge.io • Ticketing + RMM (typical MSP tools) Perks & Benefits • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance • Generous PTO policy • Certification reimbursement (plus dedicated study time) • IRA Retirement Plan with 3% Company Match • WFH Hour Accrual – earn flexibility over time • M–F Schedule at our Plano HQ (client site visits rare: <1%)
