Description: Senior Azure Network Engineer Looking for a Career that Matters? JOIN THE STAT Team! Design, implement, maintain, and own Azure and on-prem networks ensuring we have a secure, compliant, scalable, efficient, and cost-effective network. Assist help desk with Tier 2 or 3 escalations. Salary: $100 - $120k plus benefits Required Qualifications: • Hands-on experience designing and implementing all components of Azure network infrastructure including Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, Web Application Firewall, DNS, Load Balancing, VPNs, etc. • Hands-on experience with on-prem networking (preferably with Fortinet equipment) including configuring Firewalls, VLAN's, subnets, and tunnels. • Hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing network connectivity and routing between cloud and on-prem environments. • Experience coordinating network/VPN changes with customers in a professional manner. • Perform and test network equipment patching/updates. • Follow established Change Management policies. • Create & maintain accurate network diagrams. • Willingness and ability to act as Azure Cloud Engineer or wear other hats as needed while working on a very small IT team. • Proficient in PowerShell or other scripting language. • Familiar with network automation and orchestration tools, such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM, etc. • Excellent written and oral communication skills with leadership qualities. • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. • Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate. • CompTIA Network+ certification. Requirements: Preferred Qualifications: • Healthcare and/or public sector industry experience. • Knowledge of compliance requirements (SOC2, HIPAA, HITRUST, CJIS, CMMC, etc.). • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate. • Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert. • CompTIA Security+. • Fortinet Certifications. Education/Experience: • Must have an Associate’s degree or greater in an IT related field. • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a networking role with 5 years of hands-on experience with Azure.
