They will provide actionable data sets and process tracking that will be used to drive financial and operational improvements in supply chain and will collaborate with stakeholders at the customer(s) and within Owens & Minor. Provides reporting and analytics to monitor performance. Uses data to support root cause analysis when performance metrics are off track. Creates custom KPI dashboards (critical measures) to drive and measure operational and financial improvements. Create data visualizations to tell the story of the data and provide meaningful insights to support problem solving, opportunity identification, and prioritization of business needs. Develops and maintains strong, account-specific analytical processes with the customer. Utilizes data to support management of contract compliance to all agreed terms and conditions. Utilizes data to drive item standardization and identify conversion opportunities. Supports strategies to drive proprietary products with existing and new customer targets. Create and maintain documentation on data models, measures, infrastructure, and processes. Process, clean, and validate integrity of data to be used for analysis including developing process for SKU hygiene. Explore and analyze data to identify patterns, relationships, trends, and potential risks. Support improvement and optimization initiatives with data analytics. Bachelor's Degree 2 or more years of experience preferably in a financial or contract administration position that required an attention to detail, data management and data reporting. 2 or more years of related experience (sales, customer service, customer relationship management, supply chain, hospital distribution, etc.) Technological fluency with email, internet, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), PowerBI Strong ability to use multiple systems and various report software to combine and synthesize information. Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights. May provide back up support to customer service for some functions. Limited travel may be required.
