Job Duties Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity : Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Develop account strategy and negotiation, promote commercial solutions, and improve customer satisfaction. Leverage theoretical knowledge of complex principles of technology to promote the sale of Microsoft products or services. Evaluate consumer trends and optimize opportunities that align with sales or return-on-investment ("ROI") goals. Develop business value propositions that drive long-term value creation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue. Promote a compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens the consumer relationship, maximizes portfolio growth, and optimizes sales. Minimum Requirements • Education : Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field. • Experience : Two years of experience creating BI solutions and strategies. • Specific Skill Requirements : This position requires at least 24 months of experience in : Data Visualization & Storytelling (Power BI); • Data Modelling / Management (SQL and / or ETL); Stakeholder Management (Requirement Gathering and Business Insights); MS Excel, and Power Point; Project Management (Jira, Lists, Teams Planner, Microsoft Project, and / or Power Automate); and Statistics; and at least 6 months of experience in : Azure Data Studio, Data Explorer & Synapse Analytics. Pay Range and Benefits Information The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code TSSKS18062), in Burlington, MA, is $130,000 to $160,000. Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties / requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
