Hi, Job Title: Lead Systems Administrator Location: Jackson, Mississippi Exp: 10+ years Position Description and Job Skill Set: • Manage and maintain user accounts, groups, and security policies within Active Directory. • Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. • Configure and administer Azure AD, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings. • Plan and execute migrations from on-premise to cloud, and integrate various Office 365 services. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for both on-premise and cloud-based services. • Implement and maintain security configurations, ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices. • SUCCESS implementation/configuration in AWS. Required Skills/Experience: • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory architecture, design, and implementation. • Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD. • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and File Services. • Utilize PowerShell for automation and routine administrative tasks. • Handle Active Directory replication, Sites & Services configuration, and FSMO role management. • Implementing and enforcing security policies to protect data, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), conditional access policies, and identity protection. • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and industry regulations (e.g., IRS 1075), performing access reviews and audits, and implementing corrective actions to strengthen security controls.
