Required Skills What you will do: • Technical Issue Resolution: Provide end-to-end resolution of employee and customer technical issues. Act as initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from onsite and remote employees and customers. Log, track, identify, research, and resolve software, hardware, application security, telecommunications, mobile, and audio video issues. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal and external teams. Prioritize and manage many open issues at one time. Prepare accurate and timely reports. • Application security: Support and maintain user account information including rights, security and system groups in multiple LDAP and custom developed user directories. Setup and maintain new hire security and terminations. Maintain user application security and perform auditing to ensure protection of assets. Perform confidential user security research and reporting. • Build and maintain computer hardware and software: Build, maintain, install, and update all user’s computer hardware and software. Evaluate and recommend hardware for purchase. Build employee remote and onsite hardware. Configure and deploy desktop operating systems and employee applications, ensuring security standards are met. Maintain hardware and software inventory systems providing detailed inventory reports and statistics. • Project support and training: Provide technical knowledge, skill and research to special projects as needed. Provides training to employees on company hardware and software. Required Experience What you will need (minimum qualifications): • A bachelor’s degree plus four (4) years’ relevant IT work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Microsoft Operating Systems, including Microsoft O365 Preferred: • Directly related workers compensation business related experience • Relevant Certifications • Technology: Tanium, ServiceNow Job location: This position requires regular presence at the Helena, Montana office. Compensation and Benefits: Starting salary for the position (2E) begins at $62,800 - $78,500. This is an exempt position.
