Power BI Developer Location: Bentonville, AR Company: UST UST is seeking an independent Power BI Developer to join a multi-vendor, multi-geo dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality software products. We are looking for someone eager to take on new challenges, ready to make a significant impact, and interested in leading, innovating, and growing within a vibrant business environment. <> Mandatory Skills: > • Power BI: 5+ years • Azure: 5+ years • SQL: 3+ years • BigQuery: 3+ years <> Responsibilities: > • Business Intelligence Expertise: 5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Analytics-focused role. • Power BI Development: 5 years of experience developing dashboards/reports with Power BI. • SQL Proficiency: Experience with SQL Server and/or SQL queries. • Requirements Analysis: Study, analyze, and understand business requirements in the context of business intelligence. • Data Modeling: Design and map data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights and build multi-dimensional data models. • Dashboard Creation: Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports. • Accuracy Visualization: Prepare queries/scripts to calculate accuracy tables, design and implement dashboards to visualize accuracy comparison, and validate and fix bugs with users. • Collaboration: Gather requirements and act as a liaison between Business and Technical teams. • Report Troubleshooting: Expertise in designing, building, deploying, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning Power BI reports. <> Nice-to-Have Skills: > • Python, PySpark, and Airflow. <> Additional Requirements: > • Independent Contributor: This is an independent contributor position; the resource should be able to work without supervision. • Education: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. <> Working Conditions: > • Onsite Presence: The position is expected to work from the office for at least a few days a week. • Remote Option: Remote work may be an option for the right candidates, subject to the following conditions: • Must work in the CST timezone. • Must be available for video calls without prior notice during working hours. • Must work from the agreed location. • Must participate in video meetings, including stand-ups and other meetings. • Must be available to work from the local office on an as-needed basis.
