About MyPlace Health myPlace Health was founded in 2021 by mission-aligned healthcare leaders and organizations that are committed to drastically improving health outcomes, quality and experience for vulnerable older adults and frail seniors. We specialize in providing value-based, comprehensive care and coverage for older adults with significant needs so they can thrive in the homes they love and in the communities they cherish. Our mission is simple: to enable older adults to live the independent lives they deserve. We pursue this mission through our myPlace PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model, which provides seamless primary care, integrated health plan coverage, personalized social engagement, and customized services delivered in the participant’s preferred place. myPlace Health is building a mission-driven team that shares our passion for redefining the way older adults experience care as they “age in place” in the community. This is a unique opportunity to take on one of our country’s most challenging healthcare problems and join a fast-growing, dynamic team as we prepare to scale our mission to serve more markets. About This Role Make a meaningful impact at the intersection of technology and care. We’re looking for a thoughtful and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of healthcare technology. Reporting directly to the VP of Product and Technology, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering solutions that improve care coordination, streamline clinical workflows, and support the dedicated teams who care for our participants every day. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and technology teams—developing a deep understanding of their goals and challenges, and translating those insights into powerful, user-centered tools. With a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and modern healthcare interoperability, you’ll lead efforts that bring clarity, efficiency, and connection to every part of the care journey. If you’re passionate about creating technology that makes a real difference in people’s lives—and you’re excited to work alongside mission-driven teammates in a supportive, fast-paced environment—we’d love to meet you. What does Success Look Like In This Role? • Purpose-Driven Product Leadership – Take the lead in developing and launching thoughtful solutions using Microsoft technologies (such as Dynamics 365) that directly support clinical workflows and care coordination for those who need it most. • Kind and Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with clinicians, developers, and fellow product professionals to define and prioritize the features that matter most—balancing impact, feasibility, and technical considerations with care. • Supportive Team and Vendor Alignment – Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver reliable, effective solutions—building trust and keeping everyone aligned along the way. • Respect for Regulations and Standards – Ensure our products are built with integrity, meeting healthcare compliance standards and embracing interoperability frameworks like HL7 and FHIR. • Thoughtful Workflow Improvements – Help simplify and strengthen the day-to-day experiences of our care teams and participants by designing smooth, intuitive clinical and administrative workflows. • Clear and Caring Communication – Maintain and share product roadmaps, backlogs, and release schedules in a way that keeps everyone informed, engaged, and moving forward together. • Curiosity and Listening – Gather feedback from our users with humility and openness, using their insights to shape enhancements and spark new ideas. • Continuous Learning and Growth – Keep a pulse on evolving healthcare and PACE industry trends, compliance changes, and innovations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to inform your work. • Helpful Documentation – Create user-friendly product documentation, like user stories and training materials, that makes it easier for everyone to adopt and succeed with the tools you help build. • Team Player Spirit – Step in and support related projects and initiatives as needed—because great things happen when we help each other out. What Does An Ideal Candidate Look Like? • Real-World Product Leadership – 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Product Manager, ideally focused on building care coordination tools or clinical applications that support healthcare teams and the people they serve. • Microsoft Dynamics Expertise – A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customizing, integrating, and deploying solutions that meet evolving business and clinical needs. • Empathy for Clinical Workflows – A solid understanding of how care is delivered—whether it’s care coordination, clinical operations, or behind-the-scenes workflows—and how to create tools that make those processes easier and more effective. • Curiosity About Health Data – Familiarity with clinical data standards and interoperability frameworks such as EDI, HL7, FHIR, and how they support seamless care across systems. • Collaborative Problem Solving – A proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders to navigate change, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-impact solutions. • Trusted Vendor Partnership – Experience managing external vendors—aligning on goals, timelines, and quality to ensure solutions are delivered thoughtfully and reliably. • Systems Thinking – Familiarity with the healthcare technology landscape, including EMRs, CRMs, claims systems, and how they all connect through modern data exchange paradigms. • Cloud Comfort – A working understanding of Azure fundamentals and cloud-based architectures. (Azure Fundamentals Certification is a nice bonus!) • Strong and Supportive Communication – Excellent communication and organizational skills, especially when working with diverse stakeholders—from clinical teams to engineers and executives. • Value-Focused Prioritization – The ability to translate complex needs into clear technical requirements and thoughtfully manage product backlogs with an eye toward impact and value. • Commitment to Compliance – Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks, such as HIPAA, and the importance of protecting participant privacy and trust. • Participant-Centered Perspective – Knowledge of patient engagement platforms and care management tools, with a desire to support meaningful connections between people and their care. • Adaptability with Agile – Comfort working within Agile development environments and using tools that support flexible, team-based delivery.
