We are seeking a skilled SharePoint, PowerApps, & Pages Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and optimizing our collaboration and productivity platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Power Automate, and will be responsible for creating intuitive applications, automated workflows, and customized pages to streamline our business processes and improve data visibility. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities • SharePoint Online Development & Management • Develop and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and lists to support organizational data storage, collaboration, and process workflows. • Design and build customized SharePoint pages, lists, and forms for various departments, focusing on efficient information flow and accessibility. • Integrate SharePoint with Dynamics 365 to enable seamless access to key documents and customer data, ensuring data consistency and compliance with organizational policies. • Manage permissions, content types, and metadata to ensure secure and well-organized information storage and retrieval. • PowerApps Development • Design and develop custom PowerApps applications to streamline specific business functions, including case management, activity tracking, and notification processes. • Create user-friendly, data-driven applications that align with business needs and enhance workflows within Dynamics 365, using custom forms and controls. • Integrate PowerApps with Dynamics 365 to display filtered records, enable quick access to customer data, and facilitate custom interactions tailored to user roles. • Maintain and optimize PowerApps applications, ensuring compatibility with changes in Dynamics 365 and SharePoint environments. • Power Automate Workflow Automation • Design and implement Power Automate flows to automate key business processes such as email notifications, task assignments, and document approval workflows. • Set up automated alerts and notifications for key activities in Dynamics 365 (e.g., case creation, new email arrival, and task completion) to keep team members informed. • Develop Power Automate integrations to support queue and email routing, ensuring smooth communication across teams and timely response to customer inquiries. • Document and support troubleshooting for Power Automate workflows, providing training as needed to end users. • Dynamics 365 Integration & Support • Collaborate with Dynamics 365 administrators to integrate data and workflows between Dynamics 365 and SharePoint/PowerApps. • Configure custom views, dashboards, and reporting to enhance data visibility within Dynamics 365 for user roles like support, sales, and management. • Ensure smooth data synchronization between Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and SharePoint, supporting project management and case tracking requirements. • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs and real-time data from Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other sources, providing actionable insights to teams. • Documentation, Training, & User Support • Document workflows, processes, and application guides for PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint solutions. • Provide end-user training for SharePoint, PowerApps, and Dynamics-integrated applications, ensuring team members understand how to use tools effectively. • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for custom applications and workflows, responding to issues and implementing improvements as needed. • Regularly update knowledge articles and provide a resource for FAQs, ensuring consistency in the usage of SharePoint and PowerApps across the organization. Qualifications (flexible) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online development, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 integrations. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. • Experience with PowerApps Canvas and Model-driven apps development. • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules and integration points. • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing SharePoint and PowerApps. • Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and create innovative solutions. • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong project management skills and experience in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft Dataverse. • Experience with Power BI reporting and data visualization. • Knowledge of security and compliance best practices for managing data within Microsoft 365 environments. • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or related Microsoft 365 areas is a plus.
