We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Data Governance SME to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing SharePoint solutions that meet the needs of our client. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint solutions to meet business needs. • Manage and implement Microsoft Purview Records Management and Information Protection solutions, including sensitivity labels. • Design and optimize workflows using Power Automate, PowerApps, and Dataverse. • Integrate and manage data across platforms like Exchange, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools. • Contribute to sprint planning, act as a Scrum Master when needed, and ensure successful delivery of projects. • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment. • Ensure high-quality project documentation, including design specifications and user guides. • Conduct regular reviews of project progress, resolving issues promptly to keep deliverables on track. • Assist in general software programming tasks as required. Qualifications: • Proven experience in M365 Data Governance, with expertise in project and document management systems. • M365 Purview specifically around sensitivity labels using encryption and retention policies. • Proficiency in SharePoint Online including the use to configure and update • Power Platform Development (Power Automate and Power Apps) • Microsoft Dataverse and Power BI • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum Master or sprint planning roles. • Ability to lead teams and adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
