Essential Qualifications • Proven Experience: 3-8 years working with Dynamics 365 CE CRM. • Business Engagement: Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define requirements. • Implementation Skills: Conduct workshops, configuration, testing, support, and training. • Documentation Expertise: Create user stories, epics, features, and design documents. • Product Knowledge: Understand the limitations of the out-of-the-box D365 CE system. • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK without restrictions (no sponsorship or visa dependencies).
