AS AN ENTERPRISE ADMINISTRATOR, YOU WILL: Be responsible for operating an existing Windows environment and architecting new solutions, especially as we transition our environment to be primarily cloud-based over the next couple of years. Being able to effectively communicate and work with other departments and groups is vital. The candidate should be able to learn new technologies quickly, be a self-starter, and accomplish tasks with minimal oversight. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES • Serve as the Domain Administrator for the Microsoft Active Directory forest/domain. Install, configure, and maintain Windows Active Directory in addition to other related services (DHCP, DNS). • Manage our Office 365 environment in conjunction with the Exchange Administrator. • Begin our transition to Azure AD. • Manage Group Policy. • Manage Windows File Servers with DFSR. • Manage VMware Horizon VDI Environment. • Manage Microsoft Terminal Server Environment. • Manage OKTA Environment, including configuring new applications, managing memberships, updating agents, etc. • Manage Anti-Virus infrastructure (Sophos cloud). • Manage Microsoft PKI. • Print Server Management. • Manage environment cleanup around Litigation Holds. • SOX/PCI/Security compliance pulls. • Maintain detailed documentation of areas of responsibility. • Cross-train with other members of the team. DESIRED SKILLS • Work closely with team members and independently. • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with end users. • Ability to identify areas for change that will strengthen security and avoid risk. • Familiarity with cloud IAM solutions and SAML/OAuth. • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and surrounding technologies. • In-depth knowledge of Windows file servers and DFSR. • Proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Azure. • Strong PowerShell skills. • General knowledge of VMWare Horizon architecture. • General networking knowledge. • General knowledge of Storage solutions. • AWS/other cloud platform experience is beneficial. • General knowledge of Linux to support other team members. EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3 years of experience or 6 years of equivalent work experience. • Candidate should be certified in modern Windows Server architectures. • Cloud Certifications are a plus. • Network+ or higher a plus. • PowerShell certification or evidence of having taken a course is a plus.
