We're looking for a skilled OT support specialist to help connect manufacturing automation systems with enterprise platforms across lead food production and distribution facilities. This role plays a vital part in supporting shop-floor systems (PLCs, SCADA, MES) and ensuring smooth data flow into ERP and WMS systems to enhance operational efficiency. This is a hands-on support role ideal for a junior to mid-level engineer looking to deepen their experience at the intersection of automation and business systems in a regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Support and maintain plant automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, MES) across multiple facilities • Assist with integrating manufacturing data into Microsoft Dynamics ERP and WMS platforms • Help troubleshoot OT and business systems interactions • Participate in system updates and ensure environments remain FDA/USDA-compliant • Update technical documentation and assist in cross-functional team training • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams on digital transformation initiatives Must-Have Qualifications: • 2+ years supporting OT systems in a manufacturing or distribution environment; experience in food/CPG a plus • Familiarity with industrial automation (Rockwell/Siemens PLCs, Ignition/Wonderware SCADA) and shop-floor data connectivity • Exposure to ERP/WMS platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar) and MES systems preferred • Ability to support the flow of operational data into business systems • Willingness to travel regionally up to 25% Nice-to-Have Skills: • Certifications: Microsoft, ISA-95, or automation credentials • Exposure to Industry 4.0 projects (IIoT, digital twins, etc.) • Experience in cold chain or USDA-regulated environment • Must be legally authorized to work in the US w/o sponsorship
