We are seeking a talented and motivated Power Apps Developer with a strong background in Microsoft's Power Platform. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of innovative, scalable applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Location- Onsite/St. Louis, Mo all 5 days. - C2H Responsibilities: • Design and develop robust Power Apps applications (Canvas and Model-driven). • Automate workflows using Power Automate (Flow) for operational efficiency. • Integrate diverse data sources and APIs with Power Apps, ensuring seamless connectivity. • Deliver applications with a focus on UI/UX excellence and usability. • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing apps. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions iteratively in Agile environments. • Ensure adherence to security best practices and app performance standards. Qualifications Must-Have: • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps development. • Deep knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Fx, Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Automate. • Strong skills in data integration and working with SQL Server, MySQL, and relational databases. • Familiarity with custom connectors and APIs for external data integration. • Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred: • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Apps Developer Associate). • Experience integrating with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or Azure services. • Familiarity with JavaScript for advanced customizations. • Knowledge of UX design principles and application security.
