About the Role: The Sr. Managed Services Engineer will be key in supporting our managed services clients by delivering advanced troubleshooting, maintaining critical IT infrastructure, and driving operational excellence across diverse environments. You’ll leverage your expertise in Systems and Network Engineering to resolve complex technical challenges, lead system optimizations, and support documentation and process improvement within the team. If you enjoy solving problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving infrastructure stability, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Own and resolve high-level technical issues with a customer-first mindset Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize client network and infrastructure environments Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide Tier III escalation support across systems, networks, and applications Manage and monitor Windows and Linux systems, including configuration, performance tuning, and system hardening Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible to automate routine tasks Support system availability, backups, redundancy, and security strategies (Veeam, SolarWinds, AWS, Azure) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely issue resolution Maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles Participate in the design, implementation, and support of operational systems and support tooling. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
