As an administrator this role will participate in release activities including reviewing, testing, and implementing upgrades and patches. Supports Risk Management and IT Security by protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data. Collaborates with the security team to ensure Workday security configuration and administration is up to date with current security standards. Works closely with internal partners to maintain Workday Business Process Configuration and Configurable Security, ensuring system compliance with company policies and industry standards. The person in this role is a trusted advisor, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, design solutions, recommend and implement process improvements, identify and assess cross functional impacts, offer end-user support through a ticketing system, including root cause analysis, new release management, assists with creating and maintaining training materials and documentation. Develops and executes a strategy for continuous improvement of processes and functionalities and ensure the critical issues are being addressed in a timely manner. Compensation: $120,000/yr
