Role: Active Directory M365 Admin Location: Jackson. MS Duration: Long-term Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain user accounts, groups, and security policies within Active Directory. • Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. • Configure and administer Azure AD, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings. • Plan and execute migrations from on-premise to cloud and integrate various Office 365 services. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for both on-premise and cloud-based services. Implement and maintain security configurations, ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices. • SUCCESS implementation/configuration in AWS Skill Set: • Windows 2016 & higher • Active Directory/GPO/O365 • Azure/SharePoint Experience: • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory architecture, design, and implementation. • Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD. Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group PolicyObjects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and File Services. • Utilize PowerShell for automation and routine administrative tasks.Handle Active Directory replication, Sites & Services configuration, and FSMO role management. • Implementing and enforcing security policies to protect data, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), conditional access policies, and identity protection. • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and industry regulations (e.g.,IRS 1075), performing access reviews and audits, and implementing corrective actions to strengthen security controls.
