Employment Type: Contract to Hire / Full-Time Industry: Technology / Digital Transformation Experience Level: Mid to Senior-Level (3–7+ years) About the Role We are seeking skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developers to design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft's suite of low-code/no-code tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. This role requires both technical and functional experience to transform business needs into scalable, efficient applications within the Microsoft ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop canvas and model-driven apps using Power Apps • Build robust workflows and process automations with Power Automate • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure, and external data sources • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI for real-time business intelligence • Participate in requirements gathering and solution architecture planning • Ensure security, governance, and compliance across all Power Platform applications • Troubleshoot and support deployed apps and automations • Document designs, technical specifications, and best practices Required Skills and Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and Power Fx • Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Dynamics 365 integrations • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, or other Microsoft 365 services is a plus • Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform • Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate • Experience working in Agile development environments • Familiarity with custom connectors and APIs • Experience deploying Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments with governance controls
