Create intuitive and user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust back-end infrastructures. Collaborate with the executive team to conceptualize and implement innovative tech solutions. Develop AI-driven features to enhance customer engagement and automate key business functions. Integrate and manage application interfaces with various IGE brand platforms. Oversee the technical lifecycle of application projects, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform updates, and ensure optimal application performance. Stay updated with IT trends and implement modern solutions to enhance system efficiency. Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proven experience in front-end UI and back-end interface development. Demonstrated ability to build and integrate AI technology into mobile applications. Experience with PODs (Points of Delivery) and data integration. Proficiency in cloud computing platforms and database management. Solid knowledge of security protocols and best practices in IT. Proficiency in the following areas: IT Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a related role. Internet Connection Stability: Proven ability to manage stable IT environments. Technical Troubleshooting: Rapid resolution skills for complex issues. Microsoft Outlook Setup and Microsoft Teams Expertise for internal communication. WordPress and cPanel Management for website and hosting administration. Marketing Automation: Implementing automation strategies using Zapier and related tools. Sales Funnels: Developing integrated sales workflows. VOIP Programming: Configuring telecommunication systems. Email Automation: Setting up webhooks, working with WooCommerce, and managing email/SMS systems. Online Applications Utilization: Maximizing the use of cloud-based tools. Database Management: Maintaining robust and secure data environments. Website/Application Development: Full-stack development experience. Security Concerns in IT: Addressing vulnerabilities and implementing protective measures. Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
