The Cyber, Security, Risk & Controls organization focuses on enhancing our management of technology risks by leveraging strong risk expertise, operational efficiency, and data-driven analytical processes. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and improving automation tools to support continuous improvement initiatives within Global Wealth Asset Management Investment Operations. Your expertise in UI/UX design will ensure that customer-centric design principles are integrated into our solutions, enhancing user experience and satisfaction. Position Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and automation workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft services. • Incorporate UI/UX best practices to ensure that solutions are intuitive and user-friendly, keeping the customer at the center of design. • Conduct REST API integration and Windows PowerShell scripting to enhance functionality and automation. • Collaborate with team members to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable, customer-centric automation solutions. • Work with Investment Operations and other internal/external teams on process and production updates and issues relevant to task completion. • Conduct detailed testing of applications and workflows to ensure quality, reliability, and a positive user experience. • Manage the deployment and maintenance of Platform solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. • Create interactive, user-centered dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. • Provide training and support to end-users, fostering the adoption and effective use of Power Platform solutions with a focus on user experience. • Develop comprehensive documentation and user guides to support the implementation and usage of solutions. • Stay informed of the latest Power Platform features and updates, recommending improvements and optimizations with a focus on improving user experience. • Aid in the functional and technical capability development of the team, incorporating UI/UX principles. • Ensure procedures are updated and lead the annual procedure exercise. • Stay informed about relevant industry developments and market-specific knowledge. • Participate in learning and development programs to advance skills and knowledge in the Power Platform ecosystem and UI/UX design, ensuring continuity of service and capability development. Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of relevant DevOps experience. • Investment domain expertise with a deep understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. • Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly solutions. • Ability to create efficient and scalable solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of partners across the Global WAM Investments Operations group.
