Job description The Systems Administrator & IT Lead is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our company's software, hardware, and networks. This position should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. They should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of internal teams and users. The goal is to ensure the technology infrastructure runs smoothly, effectively, securely, and functionally. Duties/Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot issues and outages • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies and build an internal database with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies • Handling all IT requests & overseeing escalated IT support tickets to our outside IT company when unable to resolve them internally • Set up, install, and configure software and hardware • On-board new employees with equipment & necessary system credentials • Creating various reports, queries, and pivot tables to provide and analyze data & support sales functions • Data imports & exports to/from our ERP & WMS • iPad set up & support for tradeshows • Assist in maintaining our outside sales platform • Support with website & domain renewals • Assisting the e-comm team with product updates to company & partner sites • Various other tasks are needed Required Skills/Abilities: • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite • Familiarity with Apple, mac & iOs platforms • Experience with SQL, Sage 300, Accellos HighJump, Brandwise/MarketTime, & Edisoft is a plus, but not required. Willing to train. • Practical problem-solving, critical thinking & decision-making skills • Project & process management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities. • Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. and be on your feet for 5+ hours when applicable.
