Title: SAP OTC Customer Service Functional Consultant Location: San Jose, CA/WFH/Remote/Travel Duration: 6-12 months+ Notes: Details of the request include: Must-have skill requirements of the role SAP Customer Service. Location/Travel – Onsite Requirements • Travel is required to San Jose area. The business is seeking candidates local to that area to work 30-50% in office and the remainder remotely, there may be additional travel to Ann Arbor, MI. Contract Description: Implementation Consultant for Order Management or Order to Cash (OTC) process in SAP Customer Service Operations. • Proficient in SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including order management, invoicing, and customer account management. • Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to order fulfillment and billing. • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts effectively. • Availability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or sales operations, within an SAP environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and internal teams. • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems. • Travel is required to San Jose area.
