Job Description: ServiceNow Master Architect Position Title: ServiceNow Master Architect Location: Remote Client: Department of State (DOS) – ADD Program Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance Overview Improvix Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Master Architect to lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow enterprise platform modules within the Department of State's Data Analytics and Development (ADD) program. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions, integrating advanced modules, and leveraging the platform for enhanced organizational efficiency. Knowledge of integrating AI capabilities into the platform is a strong bonus. This role demands a hands-on architect with a proven track record in implementing enterprise-level modules and managing ServiceNow custom applications. The candidate will also support Windows Server implementation and upgrades to align with evolving technical requirements. Key Responsibilities • Architect and implement ServiceNow platform solutions across multiple modules, including: • IT Service Management (ITSM) • IT Operations Management (ITOM) • Hardware Asset Management (HAM) • Software Asset Management (SAM) • Human Resources (HR) • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) • Security (ServiceNow Vault) • Automation Engine • Configuration Management Database (CMDB) • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications within ServiceNow tailored to DOS-specific requirements. • Integrate AI-driven solutions into ServiceNow modules to enhance automation, predictive analysis, and decision-making. • Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies. • Oversee Windows Server implementation, upgrades, and integrations as required by the environment. • Lead workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders to define platform requirements and align ServiceNow solutions with organizational goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and stakeholders, to deliver optimized ServiceNow capabilities. • Ensure platform compliance with federal security and operational standards, including NIST and FISMA. • Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and ensure best practices in architecture and development. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. • Experience: • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including platform architecture and enterprise module implementation. • Proven expertise in deploying modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SPM, HR, Security (Vault), GRC, Automation Engine, and CMDB. • Experience integrating AI technologies into ServiceNow. • Familiarity with federal standards and requirements, including compliance frameworks. • Strong knowledge of Windows Server implementation, upgrades, and system integration. • Certifications: • ServiceNow Master Architect Certification (or equivalent). • Additional certifications in specialized modules (e.g., ITSM, GRC, HR, ITOM). • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Windows Server) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application within ServiceNow. • Expertise in ServiceNow workflow automation and custom application development. • Familiarity with DevOps principles and integration into ServiceNow.
