Contract description Implementation Consultant for Order Management or Order to Cash (OTC) process in SAP Sales Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Individual will focus on advising a technology client migrating from ECC to S/4HANA. Individual will partner with business counterparts in the following areas during the implementation: • Manage and optimize the Order to Cash (OTC) process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. • Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction. • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. • Develop and maintain documentation for OTC processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. • Provide training and support to team members on OTC systems and best practices. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in SAP OTC processes and sales operations. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
