What You'll Get To Do - Provision, configure, and manage Linux, macOS, and Windows endpoints - Own the full lifecycle of employee onboarding/offboarding (device setup, user access, deprovisioning) - Administer Jamf Pro for macOS fleet management and compliance - Manage Microsoft Intune for Windows device configuration and policy enforcement - Use Ansible to automate configuration and provisioning tasks - Monitor and resolve user issues via Jira tickets in a timely and helpful manner - Maintain accurate documentation for systems, procedures, and asset inventory - Provide walk-up support for basic networking, printers, and common office tech - Partner with security and infrastructure teams to enforce IT policies and standards What You Have - 1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration - Hands-on with Linux, macOS, and Windows endpoint management - Experience with Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and Ansible - Familiarity with Jira or similar helpdesk/ticketing systems - Solid troubleshooting skills and understanding of basic networking - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Professional, courteous, and customer-service-oriented attitude - Able to prioritize tasks, follow through, and operate independently on-site What Will Set You Apart - Basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) - Familiarity with identity tools like Okta or AD - Exposure to Google Workspace or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Startup, R&D, or fast-growth environment experience
