Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document data requirements for new business capabilities, functional enhancements, and reporting solutions. • Create, define, and document detailed requirements for data integration, migration, and transformation processes, including current-to-future state mapping and non-functional requirements. • Perform comprehensive data profiling and availability analysis by engaging with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business representatives to understand existing data landscapes and sources. • Evaluate the quality of data, identify and interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies within complex datasets. • Define and document data quality rules for critical data elements . • Collaborate with data quality analysts and business stakeholders to implement strategies for data quality improvement and monitor their effectiveness. • Facilitate data harmonization discussions with global business stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of data definitions and usage. • Support data governance initiatives by participating in discussions, defining data standards, and assisting business stakeholders in understanding and adhering to governance policies for key data attributes. • Develop, maintain, and update data dictionaries , business glossaries , and metadata repositories for assigned data domains. • Participate in data testing and validation activities to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and fitness for purpose of solutions and reports. • Effectively communicate analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including business users, IT, data engineers, and project managers.
