Position Responsibilities • Design, implement and maintain Microsoft 365, Power Platform and related collaboration technologies. • Provide system support and troubleshoot any issues. • Analyze and report on system performance, recommending improvement opportunities. • Develop automation scripts and workflows. • Stay current on best practices, emerging technologies and industry trends. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and PowerShell. • Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills. • Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
