We’re hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with strong MSP experience and a systems administration background (Tier 1.5+) to lead proactive client alignment. This is a hands-on role—part relationship manager, part technical consultant—with clear paths to vCIO, Project Management, or Advanced Engineering. Responsibilities: • Serve as the dedicated technical advisor for a portfolio of MSP clients • Conduct onsite technical reviews and alignment audits on a recurring schedule • Identify areas of risk or misconfiguration and escalate through internal vCIO/project channels • Oversee hardware and software lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and IT budgeting • Perform light troubleshooting and licensing support in Microsoft 365 and Windows environments • Maintain documentation and client records in ConnectWise Manage • Collaborate with service desk and project teams to ensure top-tier delivery • Spend ~25% of time helping the ROC (service desk) or project team with escalations or minor technical tasks Experience: • 2+ years of experience in an MSP environment (T1.5+ or T2-level technical ability) • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, licensing, and support • Experience with Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server • Familiarity with networking hardware (Meraki, Unifi, Cisco) and core protocols • Strong working knowledge of ConnectWise Manage or similar PSA platforms • Great communication skills—you’re comfortable in front of clients and technical teams • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for documentation, process, and proactive support • Comfortable identifying technical gaps and driving risk-reduction conversations Benefits: • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • 3 weeks PTO plus paid holidays • Certification reimbursement and regular training opportunities • Strong culture rooted in collaboration, process, and professional growth
