Requirements: • 10+ years of experience as a .Net Support Lead with expertise in: • .NET Technologies: .NET Core, Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services. • Frontend Troubleshooting: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3. • Database: SQL Server or similar RDBMS. • Tools: GitHub, DevOps practices. • Strong background in software architecture design, IT infrastructure, and cloud computing. • Proven ability to troubleshoot application issues and optimize workflows. • Experience creating technical documentation and aligning IT solutions with business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead support and troubleshooting for .NET-based applications (frontend and backend). • Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and ensure scalability, performance, and security. • Analyze and improve IT processes to enhance efficiency and reduce constraints. • Develop technical strategies aligned with organizational goals and IT standards. • Foster effective communication between architectural and development teams. Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies. • Certifications in .NET or cloud technologies.
