This individual will ensure the platform operates efficiently, aligns with business requirements, and complies with regulatory standards in the healthcare and dental insurance industries. Job Summary Details • Manage and maintain the HSP platform, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability. • Configure HSP modules to meet business needs, including portals and webservices. • Provide advanced support to end-users, resolving system issues and addressing complex inquiries related to the HSP platform. • Perform regular system audits, updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and system security. • Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations between HSP and other enterprise applications, such as HRIS, ERP, and analytics platforms. • Ensure the platform meets compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, Medicaid regulations) and generates necessary reports for stakeholders. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, workflows, and system configurations. • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced administrators or team members. • Conduct training sessions for staff on HSP functionalities, new features, and best practices. • Liaise with HSP vendors for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and updates. • Perform other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate by management. Qualifications Education/Experience • 4 Year / bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. • Certifications in system administration or relevant IT tools. • 4 Years' experience in software administration or IT system support, including demonstrated experience working with Health Solutions Plus (HSP) administration. Specific Skills/Knowledge • Demonstrated expertise in Health Solutions Plus (HSP) administration. • Proficiency in database management, SQL, and scripting for system customization. • Strong understanding of HSP workflows, modules, and integration points. • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HSP platform functionality, architecture, and integrations. • Has a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues independently. • Solid working knowledge of Azure and its configuration. • Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and data security protocols. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in the dental insurance or healthcare industry preferred. • Knowledge of Medicaid-specific operational and regulatory requirements highly preferred. Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $111,600 - $150,000, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
