About the Role We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to end-users and ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting issues, installing and maintaining IT equipment, and delivering timely solutions to employees' technical problems. Location. This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Respond to user inquiries and support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. Set up and configure new desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Provide support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common productivity applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.). Install, configure, and update software applications and security tools. Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Exchange, and other systems. Monitor IT systems and escalate critical issues to senior technical staff when necessary. Maintain documentation of support processes, known issues, and IT inventory. Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, including device setup and access management. Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts as needed. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles. Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, networking basics, and troubleshooting methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud). CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
