In this on-site role, you will be responsible for creating interactive and insightful dashboards that empower business decisions by transforming data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data solutions. - Work with the data engineering team to ensure efficient data integration and accuracy. - Optimize the performance and reliability of existing Power BI solutions. - Support data governance and adhere to security best practices. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - 4-6 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying Power BI solutions. - Strong proficiency in DAX and data modeling. - Experience connecting to various data sources, including Azure Data Services, SQL Server, and Excel. - Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with business stakeholders. - Familiarity with Power Query, DAX, and M language. - Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
