Job Description Job DescriptionMicrosoft Power Platform Developer 3 Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse & Power Pages Austin, Texas (Hybrid) Required Skills: • 8 years of Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environment. Preferred Skills: • 4 years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience. • 4 years of Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, Connectors, and Power Automate technical solutions. • 2 years of Experience designing and developing Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse, SharePoint, or similar backend data storage. • 2 years of Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills across organizational levels. • 2 years of Teamwork and collaboration skills with functional and technical staff. • 2 years of Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • 2 years of Experience training and mentoring developers on Power Platform technology. • 2 years of Agile development and sprint planning experience. • 1 year of Power Automate Cloud/Desktop Flows and Process Advisor. • 1 year of Extending Power Platform and Power Pages using JavaScript and custom plug-ins. • 1 year of Understanding of Dataverse tables, connectors, external integrations, Power BI, and Power Platform CoE Admin Center. • 1 year of Experience implementing Agile methodologies for Texas State Agencies. • 1 year of Prior experience in healthcare or public health domain. • 1 year of Experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Apps portals.
